01

CONSULTATION

Your consultation will consist of discussing the technique and the procedure steps in detail so you know what to expect. Photos will be taken before, during, and after for our own records. You may specify if you do not want your photos shared (for social media content, ads, marketing, etc.)

02

MAPPING AND COLOR SELECTION

Mapping is performed with string method and caliper. This means using an inked string to place grids on your face as guidelines to design the shape/form of the brows. We take many factors into consideration such as your make up routine, face shape, bone structure, muscle pulls, skin type, skin tone, existence of hair flow or lack thereof, direction of hair flow, facial asymmetries (which we all commonly have), etc. to make informed decisions regarding shape.

Please understand that there is no point in trying to make the brows perfectly identical as no one's face is completely symmetrical coming in. Please be realistic with expectations. Remember, eyebrows are sisters, not twins!

Once we have agreed on the final shape, we will choose a pigment color that will blend with your natural brow hair color. Saturation may be customized per client preference.

03

OUTLINE AND SHADING

We begin with the outline and then proceed with the shading of the brow. You will feel and hear a "scratching" sensation during the pigmentation process. A topical anesthetic is administered to alleviate sensation and keep you comfortable throughout.

04

AFTERCARE AND TOUCH UP

At the end of your session, you will be provided ointment and aftercare instructions. Please be prepared for the color intensity to  be darker and sharper immediately after the procedure. This will soften as the skin heals. It is normal to experience pigment loss, which is why touch ups are necessary. Please schedule your touch up 6-10 weeks from the date of initial session.
